Space for rent in downtown Rockport

The Old Sloop has a studio, office, or classroom space for rent at its facility in central downtown Rockport. This is a large sunny space on the first floor of the Fellowship Hall building of the First Congregational Church of Rockport, just ½ block off Main Street near the Shalin Liu Performance Center. The oversized windows and high ceiling give a feeling of spaciousness and light. The room is 560 square feet, and can be subdivided with vinyl dividers into 3 equal rooms, each with its own entry door and window(s). There is shared access to men’s and women’s restrooms just down the hall. WiFi and all utilities are included in the rent of $1500/month. Minimum 6-month lease. Previous tenants have used the space as an artist’s studio and gallery, and as a preschool.
