HVAC Install Technician
Seashore Comfort Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, dependable professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Overview
The HVAC Installer will be responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductless heat pumps, central air conditioning systems, forced hot air heating systems and rooftop units.
Requirements
- OSHA 10 Certification required
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs daily
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Perform equipment replacements, system startups, and testing
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Complete required job documentation accurately and on time
