Join Treetop Yoga and Cape Ann Compass Health/Wellness Coaching for an evening to both treat yourself and treat others. Forget the holiday hustle, and take care of yourself while shopping for others this season.
Sign up for a one hour Friday Fun Yoga Flow with Sharon Esker that will include an option Hemp CBD Wellness healing from Cape Ann Compass/Green Compass. All proceeds from this $10 class will go to The Open Door.
After class, head to our lobby for shopping and meet some local wellness providers who can help you find some calm.
