Join Paula Richter, museum curator and Cape Ann resident, for an exploration of the Folly Cove Designers’ artistic creativity and practice from 1938 to 1969 and their legacy for artists today.? Led by artist, illustrator, and author, Virginia Lee Burton Demetrios, this 20th-century textile artists’ group grew from modest beginnings to an artists’ guild of national and international significance acclaimed for their linoleum block-printed textiles used as home furnishings,?interior decoration, and clothing.??
