The ''Treasure Vase'' Dharma Practices Energize the body, Open the Qi channels, Help the mind achieve Purity & Stillness, and include a Core Empowerment for performing Three Mysteries Healings using Mantra, Mudra, and Visualization. You will feel the energy!! This is a Foundation Practice of the Chinese Esoteric School and includes the Body Warming and Cooling Methods. These techniques give healers using other systems a boost in their practice. The Relieve Fatigue Dharma practice will also be transmitted. It is Simple, Short and Effective.
