In support of efforts to mitigate the Covid 19 virus, we are postponing our Opening Day Celebration. We look forward to selecting a new date one the health threat has subsided and welcoming you back into the museum!
Join us as we mark the start of our 45th Season with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 10 am and day long celebration!
In honor of the continuation of our founder, John Hays Hammond Jr’s dream that his home and collection of artifacts serve as a museum, we invite you to take a self guided tour of the museum at no cost from 10 am to 3 pm!
Our 2020 Season schedule has been extended to offer more opportunities to visit the historic site including weekends in April, November, and December. For the first time, we will open daily in May!
• April: Open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm
• May through October: Open Daily from 10 am to 4 pm
• November and December: Open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm
