Parking Lot Attendant/Groundskeeper

In search of a positive go getter with a friendly demeanor to assist in monitoring and assisting in grounds upkeep, cleanliness and customer assistance.

Responsibilities include:

Providing unsurpassed service and assistance to customers and tenants at any of our properties in downtown Gloucester, duties include but are not limited to:

• Keeping parking spaces available to customers of each property.
• Helping customers with parcels.
• Keeping the parking lots clean, sweeping, and emptying trash barrels.
• Cleaning windows and doors.
• Weeding and light gardening.

Must work well independently and with others as a team, and have an excellent work ethic. Must be able to take direction and handle corrections gracefully. Must be honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

This is a non-smoking, drug- & alcohol-free opportunity.

Must be able to pass CORI and DRUG SCREENING.
