Thirsty this weekend? True North Ale Company is hosting their 4th AnniBREWsary Bash at 116 County Road in Ipswich, on Saturday, October 16, 12 – 9 PM. To celebrate their anniversary, they will have live music, food trucks and games, complete with a Growler-Hoisting Competition. Backyard Growers has planted its roots at 103R Maplewood Ave in Gloucester! Today the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce celebrated Backyard Growers move to their new home with a ribbon cutting ceremony. In their beautiful new space, they will continue to cultivate healthy, connected, environmentally sustainable communities and fights for food justice by teaching people to grow their own food. Backyard Growers are pleased to be back, working with local schools and students to educate on the importance of agriculture and food. They are also hiring for a fulltime Development Director and are hoping to find the right person soon.
