Protective Services Supervisor for High-Risk Older Adults

SeniorCare Inc. is seeking to hire an energetic and detail-oriented team member to join our face-paced Protective Services Department.

As a Protective Services Supervisor you will be responsible for the clinical, administrative, and supportive supervision of the Protective Services Case Workers. The PSS will provide daily oversight and individual supervision to the protective service workers to guide and monitor cases of reported abuse and neglect as outlined in the Massachusetts General Laws.

Candidate must be a skilled individual with an ability to prioritize and complete tasks quickly. A team player attitude is needed with the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and efficiently as well as be able to build rapport within the communities we service. Excellent writing and computer skills are required for detailed daily documentation.

We are seeking an individual with a master’s (preferred) or bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field with experience within the counseling, crisis intervention or case management field paired with supervisory experience. Work history with the over 60 population is preferred.
