Nursing Program Assistant
SeniorCare Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of CAE Program Assistant. As an integral part of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in maintaining records, tracking care plans, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including consumer information and care plans
- Track screen requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Input consumer information into our database with precision and accuracy
- Conduct documentation audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Interact with other agencies to gather necessary paperwork and documentation
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and nursing department policies
Requirements:
- Typing skills: Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of organization
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience: 1-2 years working in an administrative role
