Description
An all levels yoga class with highly experienced Treetop Yoga instructors. Enjoy ocean and harbor views as you listen to the sounds of nature around you and gentle sea breezes. An active one hour class that will help you strengthen and lengthen your body while using breath to calm the mind. Please bring a yoga mat or towel to practice on as well as a bottle of water. Space is limited so pre-registration is required.
Classes meet on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in the park on the Rocky Neck Causeway, conveniently located across the street from he public parking lot.
Participants will spread out 6 feet apart to observe social distancing rules. Please follow state and local guidelines for mask wearing as you approach the practice area and leave.
