Yoga Immersion and Teacher Training Info Session
Annakathryn Carlson, E-RYT-200, is thrilled to be leading another teacher training beginning this fall. With 10 years of teaching experience, 16 years of personal practice, and intense study with multiple schools of yoga, Anna will be a skillful and loving guide on this quest of deepening your personal practice and developing your voice as a teacher.
The training is broken down into two separate modules.
MODULE I (also available as 100-Hour Immersion)
You love yoga. You love how it makes you feel and how it has subtly (or not so subtly!) shaped your life. You are craving more! Take the leap and dive deeper with us this fall! This 100-hour immersion is for the curious yogi who is ready to learn more but not interested in teacher training. Through our 5 day immersion and 3 study weekends you will explore concepts for living a more content, peaceful and grace-filled life through the study of yoga philosophy. Access a deeper understanding of the physical body through study of anatomy and postural alignment. Learn about the energetic body through study of chakras and pranayama and share in community and connection with your fellow practitioners. Led by Annakathryn Carlson, our 100 hour yoga immersion will challenge, transform and awaken you, physically, mentally and spiritually!
Through out the 5 training weekends you will step confidently into your role as teacher, cultivating your authentic voice and purpose. Learn balanced sequencing and become skilled at assisting and adjusting your students. This training will fully prepare to teach a variety of levels and class styles (flow, beginners, gentle). Join us and take the next step in your journey, sharing your passion for yoga with the world!
