Tickets are FREE to Backyard Growers Program Participants (e.g. 2023 Community Garden, Backyard Garden, and GrowBag Garden Program) / $15 general admission. I?f you are joining in-person, the class will be held at Backyard Growers HQ @ 103R Maplewood Ave, Gloucester. If you are joining virtually, you can access the class on Zoom.

Description
In this hybrid yoga class, Burnham's Field Community Gardener and yoga teacher Jasmine Epstein will lead the group through deep stretches and release for the neck, shoulders, and back. Jasmine teaches yoga at Cape Ann YMCA, Cape Ann Power Yoga, and YogaSakti in Salem. She is currently in the home stretch of her 500 hour yoga teaching certification.
