Wake Up Spirit
1st Sunday every month, 11am-1pm
At Floating Lotus Gloucester

Wake Up Spirit is a dance of heart and community. A safe place to connect to spirit through movement and sound. We are so blessed to have this time and space to move our bodies freely, without judgement, to dance our prayers and dreams together.

We gather on the first Sunday of every month at the Floating Lotus on Main Street in Gloucester. Join us for this celebration of life. Feel free to join for the full event or just drop in for a while. We usually start with a warm up of yoga or meditation followed by movement and listening to live music presented by Jon and Lisa and friends.
