First Course: Volans Blanco

Shrimp Aguachile, stuffed avocado
accompanied by cucumber chimichurri

Second Course: Volans Reposado

Albóndiga, ground beef mixed with rice and a piece of hard boiled egg in an ancho chipotle tomato sauce

Third Course: Volans Still Strength

Empanada, Veracruz-style fish
accompanied by garlic chayote

Fourth Course: G4 Blanco
