The Museum is located in the heart of downtown Gloucester, one block north from Main Street and one short block east of City Hall and the Sawyer Free Library. Metered parking is available in the public lot across from the Museum.
Gloucester is also easily accessible by public transportation on the MBTA commuter rail, which connects Cape Ann directly with the greater Boston area and beyond. From Boston's North Station, take the Newburyport/Rockport line to the Gloucester stop; the Museum is a short walk (0.4 miles) from the train station.

Description
Discover the awesome architecture and design all around you on Cape Ann. Explore the Museum's summer exhibit "?Design/Build: The Drawings of Phillips & Holloran, Architects" and visit local historic houses. Kid's will have fun drawing plans, painting a skyline and creating toys children of yesterday. Register: (978)283-0455 x16 or email lizabrowning@capeann.museum.org. $40 CAM Members / $50 nonmembers Unless otherwise indicated, children should be dropped off at the Museum at 9:00 a.m. and picked up at 12:00 p.m. This program is suitable for ages 6 to 10.
