Description
Trick Or Treat on Main Street! Thursday, October 31 from 4-6pm. Bring your ghosts and goblins to downtown Gloucester for tricks and treats- Look for the Jack-o-lanterns in the windows of participating businesses. Then, head on over to City Hall for the town-wide Halloween Party (6-8PM)- all FREE! It will be SPOOKtacular!
