Set your intentions and greet the Summer Solstice with a morning meditation and yoga class hosted by Gloucester’s own TreeTop Yoga.
Framed exquisitely with the Atlantic coastline to your left and Hammond Castle Museum towering above to your right, breath in all the beauty of the day as your stretch and hold. Please bring your own yoga mats and water. Don’t forget the sun screen!
TreeTop Yoga recognizes that every body is different, and that different styles of yoga and classes are appropriate for different people, based on physical condition, injuries or limitations, and body constitution. This class will welcome all levels of experience and practice. In the event of inclement weather, this program will occur in the Great Hall.
