SeniorCare Inc. will host its 50th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at the Beauport Hotel, overlooking the harbor at 55 Commercial Street in Gloucester. This milestone event will feature a gourmet dinner, awards to five community leaders, a Silent Auction, and an evening of music and fun. ABC Home Healthcare Professionals present the Celebration.
Posie Mansfield will receive the Myra L. Herrick Outstanding Older American Award for her efforts on behalf of lonely and isolated elders through her work with Good Company in Hamilton and for her leadership of the COP Amputee Association, a forum, advocate, voice, and source of education for amputees, their families, and anyone affected by limb loss.
Jim Nentwig will receive the Rosemary F. Kerry Community Service Award for his leadership of the Santa’s Magic non-profit organization. Jim inspires a legion of volunteers throughout the year, helping to bring joy and care to hospital patients, aging veterans and their families, and the families of our armed forces serving our nation.
Lisa Bonneville will receive the Board of Directors Community Service Award as the founder of the Longevity Bench Project, a non-profit that places benches along popular walking routes in Manchester-by-the-Sea, enabling elders and people of all ages to take a walk with places to rest. The project embraces the goal of lifelong living within the home, the neighborhood, and the community.
Felicia Webb will receive the Board of Directors Community Impact Award as the innovative leader of Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) throughout the pandemic. Felicia introduced new initiatives to better serve the transportation needs of residents throughout the CATA service area.
Darlene Prinz of the Beverly Police Department will receive the Board of Directors Community Impact Award for her long-time commitment to the needs and rights of victims of elder abuse. Detective Prinz is always available to consult and collaborate for the benefit of victims, paying careful attention the needs and dignity of elderly victims.

SeniorCare Inc. serves an area that represents more than 27,000 residents aged sixty and over. We provide services to adults with disabilities and elders in nine communities—Beverly, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Rockport, Topsfield, and Wenham. Established in 1972, SeniorCare has approximately one hundred employees and four hundred volunteers.
