WHAT: It’s officially “fall’” & for this Saturday’s Complimentary Wine Tasting “It’s All About The Americas!”. As always, enjoy the tasting with our imported Riedel stemware.
WHY: the occasion to taste classic varietals from three USA regions: Sonoma, Napa & Columbia Valley, WA., along with a Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon & an Argentinian Malbec, Experience 5 distinctive wines that may be new to your palette.

Sequoia Grove, Napa Valley, Chardonnay, Rutherford, CA, 2018, Alc. 14.1 Thick, rich & hearty, this wine has prominent oak & a creamy texture. Pairs Well: pork, rich fish ( salmon, tuna), vegetarians & poultry.
Long Shadows Poet’s Leap Riesling, Columbia Valley, WA, 2019, 12.3 Alc., On the palate drinks dry, full of citrus flavors, tightly wound with electric acidity. It's full of flavor & class, with its best days ahead. Pairs Well: Shellfish, pork, spicy food, poultry, & cured meats.
BenMarco, Valle De Uco, Mendoza, Argentina 2019, 14.6 Alc., with aromas of black fruits, notes of violets, pronounced acidity, firm tannins & great length. Pairs Well: grilled red meats, sausages, seasoned or roasted pork, hard cheeses & pasta with meat-based sauces.
Concha Toro, Serie Riberas Gran Reserva, Ribera del Tinguirirca, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2019, 14.0 Alc. Cochagua Valley, Chile, a blend of mild oak & red fruit aromas well executed on the nose, plum flavors are herbal in that patented Chilean way & aided by a hint of cinnamon.
