WHAT & WHY: Inviting your personal “tech” wine tasting, the occasion to sample up to 20 fine wines using the North Shore’s only Digital Wine Machine, during business hours, at your convenience…and  it’s complimentary.  An array American and International wines, primarily small production, innovative vintners, many practicing biodynamic viniculture, and farming organic grapes.  The occasion to expand your sensory experiences…a wine’s color in the glass, the expansive aromas, the flavors each wine reveals…and sip your selections with imported Riedel stemware.

WHEN: Whenever you visit - during business hours, 11am to 6pm

HOW: Simply insert a plastic card into the slot, the upper left side of each of the 4 units. Holding your glass below a spout of selected bottle, press the lit green button above the selected bottle …your personal tasting has begun.

Stift Kloster Neuburg St. Laurent, Thermenregion, Ausstieg, Austria, 2016, Troken  Alc. 13%, Varietal: St Laurent , other reds, Tasting: Juicy, fleshy black cherry notes hit the nose with a pure, bright force. On the palate, the fruit is just as intense, just a juicy, emboldened by hints of licorice and tar, producing a pleasant edge of bitterness. The Pairing Red blend, Central Coast, Santa Ynez Valley, AVA, CA, 2016, Alc. 14.5% Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot Tasting: The 2016 Red Wine checks in as a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot. Brilliant notes of cassis, tobacco leaf, damp earth, cedar herbs, and graphite all emerge from this concentrated, remarkably pure, elegant Bordeaux blend hat has building tannins and a great finish. Varietal: 100% Tempranillo, Tasting: Clean and brilliant with an attractive, elegant garnet hue. Pleasant fresh aromatics with red berry fruit notes, such as raspberries, coming through along with balsamic hints. The whole combines to offer a complex, serious wine. Sweetness and attractive fruit character on the entry to the palate, then balsamic and licorice notes followed by an elegant finish with touches of brioche coming through.
