Please join us as we celebrate The Weathervane's 30th anniversary of business! The Weathervane is located on Main Street in Gloucester and has been a local favorite for residents and visitors alike to purchase souvenirs, shirts and jackets, holiday cards, gifts and so much more!
To celebrate their 30th year, The Weathervane has a new logo that updates what the Weathervane does and who they are in the year 2021. The logo was designed by owner Joe Ciolini's nephew, Mike Ciolino, owner of Verve Creative.
While The Weathervane’s journey has met with lot of ups and downs, they thankfully count more ups than downs. When The Weathervane first opened for business 30 years ago, on a Thursday in 1991 during the Gloucester Sidewalk Bazaar, they offered a free postage stamp with every greeting card sold. For this year’s celebration, they will be offering 30% off the entire store, all day long. (Sale excludes Cape Pond Ice clothing and merchandise.)
