Mother's Day Restorative Yoga via Zoom
Please join Us for a powerful session of Restorative Yoga led by master teacher, Wyndee Egan.
This class will incorporate meditation, breath work, and supportive restorative healing yoga poses that will nourish the mother within you!

• Releases old habit, fatigue, worry and stress
Since this will be done in the comfort of your own home, please have something on the floor to lie down on (mat or folded blanket) and plenty of props (extra blankets, and pillows (at least 2). Also if you have some soft background music that you would like to play, a quiet space (maybe ask you family to help out with this) , soft lighting . Also if you like have essential oil and a candle .
No Yoga experience necessary. Beginners Welcome!
