This seminar is an introduction to leadership techniques for small group leaders - managing 5-10 personnel - who are looking to increase their leadership skills and abilities to inspire better and create stronger cohesion for their team members.
5 Rules: Learn five necessary items for providing exceptional leadership to build stronger and more
cohesive teams and work environments.
The Why: Provide an extra “Why” to inspire your team's efforts in addition to providing the “What
and How.”
Facilitator: Ed Brzychcy has 12 years of military leadership experience while leading his soldiers through three combat deployments. After his service, he has gone to on to earn his MBA from Babson College and now works as a leadership development coach and consultant through his company Blue Cord Management.
