Windhover Center for the Performing Arts proudly welcomes The Joe Mulholland Sextet back to our outdoor stage August 3 at 4pm. Joe’s original compositions range from Duke Ellington-inspired ballads, to funky New Orleans grooves, to high-speed contemporary jazz workouts. His music is melodically and harmonically rich, and the arrangements for the horns expand the sound well beyond the individual artists to surround the audience with music. Joe and his rhythm section mates have played more than 1,000 nights together, creating an instinctive collaboration among these accomplished and rousing musicians.
Come enjoy this swinging, colorful music in the idyllic setting of the outdoor stage at Windhover.
