Kim Bartlett - author of four books, fishmonger to the Massachusetts North Shore, cheerful all-around carpenter, and creator of GORGEOUS wooden bowls - lost his barn and workshop in Essex in a fire on January 6th. All the tools he had been collecting and using for fifty years were destroyed, including his power tools and his lathe. Join us for a benefit dance with the band Day Job to help him re-tool! $25 per person / cash bar. Come at 6 pm and enjoy a free Opening Reception of Artists in the Shipyard's Group Show in the museum's Orientation Center. Contributions also welcome online at GoFundMe: http://www.gofundme.com/KimBartlett
