WHAT & WHY: Inviting your personal “tech” wine tasting, the occasion to sample up to 20 fine wines using the North Shore’s only Digital Wine Machine, throughout the day, at your convenience…and it’s complimentary. An array American and International wines, primarily small production, innovative vintners, many practicing biodynamic viniculture, and farming organic grapes. The occasion to expand your sensory experiences…a wine’s color in the glass, the expansive aromas, the flavors each wine reveals…and sip your selections with imported Riedel stemware.

Bruno Giacosa, Giacosa Roero Arneis,, Piedmont, It., 2020, Alc. 14% - Varietal: 100 % Arneis, Tasting: Giacosa Roero Arneis is an intense straw colored wine with greenish glints. The nose presents lemon, pineapple, peach and apricot notes with floral hints. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, with mineral notes and a persistent finish. Domaine Tour Campanets Mon Coeur Violettes, 2017 - Provence, Cotes de Provence Fr., Alc. 14% Varietals: 50% Syrah, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, Certified Organic. Tasting: The nose suggests succulent red and black fruits with notes of sweet spices. Round and delicate, well balanced with beautiful smooth tannins and a refreshing finish. Tasting: There is a wonderful balance between fruit and herbal flavors in this Cabernet. Black cherry and raspberry marry deliciously with mint and fennel.
