Description
Boost your spontaneity, intuition and easier access to that 'pleasure zone' while breaking out of creative ruts.
We begin each weekly session with short (and accessible) mind, body exercises as a warm-up then we immediately dive into the creative exercises. Kat has accumulated over 60 art exercises organized by themes and given in a supportive, fun and inspiring atmosphere.
Participating in the full 10-week program is guaranteed to build your intuitive confidence and/or inspire an unstoppable desire to create! However, with just 30 exercises in the 3-day format will inspire many new ideas for your work to keep you busy for quite some time.
Non-artists and professional artists alike will benefit from scheduling time for these Creativity Workouts.
