Cornfield Dance: Free Pop-Up Performance at Rockport’s Millbrook Meadow

This is a FREE community performance! Windhover presents Cornfield Dance at Millbrook Meadow, a site-responsive dance performance in four-acre Millbrook Meadow, a park in downtown Rockport on Beach Street across from Front Beach. Six dancers from New York-based Cornfield Dance will perform material from Spaced Out, a lively and athletic dance incorporating six red folding chairs and exploring social distancing, and Small Stages, a series of dances confined to spaces no larger than a six-foot square. The dances will be performed in different locations throughout the park. Performances are Thursday, August 18th at 3pm and 6pm and are followed by a Q&A with the artists.
