Description
Ground yourself. Then find your ground. Join us for an inspiring evening of yoga, reflection, and conversation — designed to help you reconnect with yourself, gain clarity on what's next, and explore the support available when you're ready to make a move.
We'll open with a 45-minute chakra cleanse flow, then move into a Q&A with Sarah Seber of Engel & Völkers and real estate attorney Amy Connors. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful life transition — but pairing the grounding work of yoga with the right team of professionals can make all the difference. Whether you're actively searching, thinking about listing, or just beginning to wonder what's next — this evening is for you.
100% of registration proceeds benefit the Cape Ann Museum's Art of Lunch program, supporting Gloucester residents experiencing food insecurity.
No yoga experience necessary - all levels flow.
Erin McKay moved to Gloucester 15 years ago and will tell you that finding a home here was never just about the house — it was about where new roots could settle. The Treetop Yoga community became one of the places that made Gloucester feel like home.

Whether you're a first-time buyer, ready to downsize, or somewhere in between, Sara brings both the knowledge and the care to help you move forward with confidence.
Amy Connors is a real estate attorney who helps people navigate life's transitions with clarity and a deep belief that home is more than just a place. Known for her warmth and unwavering advocacy, Amy ensures clients feel informed and empowered every step of the way.
