The Cape Ann Museum is honored to present the Arthur N. Ryan Memorial Lecture in memory of long-time CAM Board Member and Trustee Emeritus, Arthur N. Ryan.
For this lecture, the Museum welcomes Robin Salmon, VP of Art and Historical Collections / Curator of Sculpture at Brookgreen Gardens, a 9,127-acre outdoor museum in South Carolina that preserves both the natural and cultivated landscape. Brookgreen Gardens is in Murrells Inlet, SC and was founded by sculptor Anna Hyatt Huntington and her husband Archer in 1931.
Salmon will highlight the many artists from Cape Ann whose work is in the collection at Brookgreen -- including Anna Hyatt Huntington, Walker Hancock, George Demetrios, and more.
