BEACH YOGA with Treetop Yoga
Description
Join a Treetop Instructor for a one hour all-levels vinyasa class on beautiful Long Beach in front of the Cape Ann Motor Inn. Flow with views of the beach, ocean, and Twin Lights while enjoying refreshing Cape Ann breezes. Bring a towel or yoga mat and a water bottle.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - Due to the limit of just 9 participants, you must register and pay beforehand to secure a space. Dates announced weekly based on weather forecast.
Directions for parking will be included in confirmation email once you have registered.

Local and State guidelines for mask use apply as well as state and local rules and regulations related to COVID-19. Masks must be worn when within 6 feet of others when outside. For yoga, we will set up with plenty of space between participants so you can take off your mask for class. It is highly recommended that you use hand sanitizer after class and wash your hands upon returning home.
