Back by popular demand, we've teamed up again with the award-winning Barre studio The Energy Barre to bring you "Barre & Bloody Bar!"
Enjoy a one hour barre class on Pavilion Beach* taking in sweeping views of the Atlantic! After the class, you'll enjoy a Make your Own Bloody Mary Bar where you can choose from shrimp, candied bacon, olives, homemade pickles, pickled asparagus and other garnishes to make your delicious masterpiece.
Your ticket purchase also includes a Beauport water bottle. Tickets are $35+. Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat to this event!
If you're looking for a heartier meal after your workout, then be sure to stop by our 1606 Restaurant for a bite to eat at our Breakfast Buffet! (additional $22, open until 11am)
Barre uses a combination of strength building postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like Yoga and Pilates. Join us!
* It will be held on the beach weather permitting. In the case of heavy rain it will move inside.
