Directions detail: Take Route I-95/128 north to the end. At second set of lights after the second rotary, take East Main Street 1.5 miles, approximately eight minutes, to the stone pillars at the entrance to Eastern Point Boulevard. Proceed through the pillars and follow Eastern Point Boulevard .5 mile to Beauport.
Parking: The Beauport parking lot is across the street from the house.

Description
Beauport is filled with Henry Davis Sleeper's vast lifetime collection of glass, ceramics, silhouettes, furniture, architectural salvage, and myriad curiosities. The ceramics in particular exhibit a wide range of styles and origins from expensive Chinese export porcelains, to high-quality English production pieces, to redwares made by individual potters in New England and much more. Join Historic New England's Senior Curator, Nancy Carlisle, for a brief overview of ceramics followed by a tour through the house examining Sleeper's unique collection. Refreshments are included. $20 Historic New England members, $35 nonmembers
