Description
ADRIFT tells the story of three men who, after a failed mutiny, find themselves cast adrift on a piece of wood in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. An arrogant Englishman, an angry Welshman and an infuriatingly simple man from the West Country. Together, they must set aside their differences and await rescue. But will it ever come, and can they resist their carnal impulses…?
Originally staged at Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2019, this script was developed by Infini Productions, the Cardiff-based comedy theatre company, and headlined the Cardiff Comedy Festival 2014 to rave reviews. Directed by Interim Artistic Director, Paula Plum, this piece will headline the Gloucester Stage Gala on Saturday August 13th, and the presented Sunday August 14 and Tuesday August 16 at 7:30pm
“The best laughs are the unexpected ones, and Infini has a gift for writing the most ludicrous line possible.”
