Experience the largest outdoor painting competition in New England! Cape Ann Plein Air (CAPA) celebrates the region’s unparalleled arts legacy as the birthplace of plein air and supports its several hundred working artists and cultural organizations. Preeminent artists from around the country will be painting all week, with many demonstrations open to the public.
