A Free Afternoon of Music and Art! Relax overlooking the Essex River basin with brick oven pizza, hotdogs, beer and wine for sale on site. Bands include: Charlee Bianchini with Jack Tomaiolo at about 2 pm, Daisy Nell and Captain Stan at about 3 pm, Essex Choral Society with Michael March and Dave Driscoll at about 4 pm, and Day Job with Sarah Willwerth-Dyer from about 5-7 pm. Kids can participate in fun activities based on the new book, "Tilly and the Pirates" by Daisy Nell and George Ulrich. Make a Captain Tilly hat! Daisy will read "Tilly and the Pirates" at 3pm. Artists showing work include: Alison Taylor, Andrew Spinney, Susie Talbot, Chris Williams, Mike Dyer, Connie Sweet, Anya Ciamentaro, Mallie Pratt, Jay Havighurst, Lynne Havighurst, Kristen Wilson, Naomi Chapman, Melissa Glorieux, Chris Stepler, Alyssa Cataldo, John Cushing, Michael March, Nancy Dudley, M. O'Neil, Katie Blair St. John, Helen Tory and Margaret Sweet. This is an Essex National Heritage Area Trails and Sails event . The event is free and open to the public. Handicapped Accessible. Good dogs on leashes welcome. No parking on site.
