WHAT & WHY: Pleased to reacquaint Saturday tasters with the distinctive, well-curated portfolio of 21st Century Wines, and our guest host and “grape” educator Bill Hoey. This tasting event offers a practical learning experience, the distinctive qualities of the wines Bill is pouring and how they complement springtime fare….especially seasonal veggies that are beginning to appear at local, pop-up markets. We are pleased our tastings present wine new to your palette, the occasion to learn, taste and experience fine wines of complexity.
WHO: Guest Host Bill Hoey, 21st Century Wines and Savour’s Kathleen Morgan have selected an eclectic mix of fine wines as we continue to follow our transition to everything spring!

Tastings: Baby Blue is always built for pleasure right out of the gate and this beautifully aromatic rendition is no exception. Loads of rich red and black fruits, plus a delightful hint of blueberry, all get the party started. This is followed up by a nice complement of baking spices, vanilla, a kiss of gentle herbs, just the right amount of beautiful French oak and earthy goodness to round things out on the finish.
