Annual greater Cape Ann Spring Tourism Mixer, as we gather at the spectacular Hammond Castle Museum in Gloucester from 5-7 PM to celebrate the 2024 season.
Gallery owner Deb Schradieck is known for her watercolor work with its vivid color and unusual detail. Inspired by the famous Cape Ann light, her favorite subject matter is boats, reflections, architecture, street scenes and coastal landscapes, especially along working waterfront. In addition to original paintings, Giclee prints and cards are available. Other featured art includes acrylic paintings by Audi Souza; seagrass jewelry by Jackie Ganim-DeFalco; pottery by Ann Woodbury and Allison Morrissey; and glass by Ann Szerlip.
Motif No.1 Day, 5k Run, celebrates Rockport across the arts, Rockport's iconic Motif No.1, subject of artists for over 100 years. A fantastic lineup of events take place throughout the Day: Live music, Plein Air Painting, Children's Activities, Gallery Exhibitions and Performance Art.
