About Us
Montserrat College of Art is a four-year, private, independent residential college of art and Design offering the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and provisional art education certification. The college has several public galleries, free and open to the public, exhibiting the work of and gallery talks by emerging and established artists from the region and nation. Montserrat has year-round continuing education opportunities for youth, teens and adults, including a Summer Art Educator Institute, Pre-College High School program and a STEAM program for students in grades three through eight. https://www.montserrat.edu/summer/ The college is accredited by the New England Commission on Higher Education and the National Association of Schools of Art and Design.
