    Description
New Healthy Weight Loss classes offering a curriculum for long-term healthy habits. Healthy weight loss classes with a certified personal trainer and registered dietitian are offered with special rates for members.
Classes begin week of Jan 20th. Sunday 2pm with Alex Minter, Mondays 12pm with Lora Hahs and Thursdays 5:30pm with Mark Petrou.
