The Museum is located in the heart of downtown Gloucester, one block north from Main Street and one short block east of City Hall and the Sawyer Free Library. Metered parking is available in the public lot across from the Museum.
Gloucester is also easily accessible by public transportation on the MBTA commuter rail, which connects Cape Ann directly with the greater Boston area and beyond. From Boston's North Station, take the Newburyport/Rockport line to the Gloucester stop; the Museum is a short walk (0.4 miles) from the train station.

Description
To Assume the Mantle of the Host: Tracing Charles Olson's Presence in the Work of Edward Dorn An illustrated lecture presented by Kyle Waugh. This program is free for members or with Museum admission. Kyle Waugh (b.1978) is a literary scholar and PhD candidate at the Graduate Center, CUNY. He is editor of Edward Dorn's Abilene! Abilene!: A Variorum Edition with Notes and Commentary (Lost & Found, 2013), and co-editor of Edward Dorn's Derelict Air: From Collected Out (Enitharmon, 2015), The Collected Poems of Edward Dorn (Carcanet, 2012) and Kenneth Irby's The Intent On: Collected Poems, 1962–2006 (North Atlantic Books, 2009). His writing has appeared in Jacket2, Washington Square, Hot Gun!, Zen Monster, and elsewhere.
