Ellen Kaplan has been a health insurance broker/consultant for 45 years. She and her staff of 16 have specialized in the small group (1-50 employees) market since inception. Ellen sits on the broker advisory board of BCBS, Harvard Pilgrim, Mass General Brigham and the Connector.
