Cape Ann Marina is seeking an experienced Retail Store and Parts Manager at Cape Ann Marine Sales & Service. Located within the resort, in the heart of Gloucester on the Annisquam River, with 260 boat slips, sales and services for all boating needs.

OVERVIEW: The Retail and Parts Manager must exude friendliness with customer skills, and lead by example. They must be organized and poised for creating a retail experience from A-Z, from the front line customers to the behind the scenes of cash management as it relates to AR, Invoicing and AP. It is vital this person have a team focused management style, with the ability to work closely and communicate effectively between technicians and other departments
