Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families?  Do you want to feel like you have accomplished something wonderful at the end of the day?  At Pathways we nurture young children and support families impacted by economic and social inequity through programs that educate, enrich, empower and motivate.  We are looking to hire a Nurturing Parenting® Program Facilitator that brings positive energy and enthusiasm to service provision.  The ideal candidate has experience with incarcerated populations and has developed skills in crisis management, meeting facilitation and is competent working with diverse populations.  We value collaboration and appreciate open dialogue in each program and within our corporate office and embrace the core values - respect, trust, collaboration, and opportunity. 35 hours 44 weeks


Support families and children in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and Pathways for Children programming. Demonstrate a positive work ethic, confidentiality and collaboration with staff and families to support the overall wellbeing of children served in Pathways Head Start program.  Manage a caseload of children and families in Head Start and Early Head Start enrolled in Pathways.  Makes referrals and completes follow-up for therapeutic and supportive services.  Work collaboratively with the Department of Children and Families completing home visits as directed to engage families in their home settings. Attend community collaborative meetings to build relationships between Pathways and outside providers.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 years working with families in a case management setting
  • Family Service Worker Credential preferred; otherwise required within the first year of employment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including internet, email and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems as required.
  • Strong time management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is beneficial. 

Other Requirements:

  • Successfully complete an employment physical
  • Pass CORI, SORI, DCF, and fingerprint clearance
  • Comply with Head Start vaccine policy and mask mandate
  • Possess valid MA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance, dependable vehicle and acceptable driving record
