Full Time- 35 hours per week
 
SeniorCare Inc. has an opening for a Clinical Assessment and Eligibility RN. This position will be scheduled on weekdays during office hours with no holiday, night or weekend hours required! The CAE RN assesses the eligibility of community and nursing home residents for a variety of community based programs. It requires an RN with a MA license, intermediate level computer skills and two years of clinical experience. Hands-on skilled nursing services are not part of this position, however excellent organizational and assessment skills, as well as the ability to independently manage a caseload are critical. This position is an important part of an Agency that has been in operation for over 50 years and devoted to multiple programs supporting people’s ability to live in the setting of their choice as they age.
