You’re Tech Savvy – ready to learn a bunch of new software systems, master them, and teach them to others
You’re Smart– you catch on fast, you like to learn, and you communicate really well with all kinds of people
You’re Passionate and Compassionate – you get on board with a leader’s vision and know how to translate that to others while still understanding that the best companies run from the basis of the best people
You love a challenge, where every day is a little OR a lot different – you can follow the schedule and make sure the checklist is done…but you love that the day is just a little unpredictable: you might be at the concierge desk, walking the building with guests, checking on other departments and jumping in to make sure everything is perfect for every guest
You’re comfortable everywhere – front of house conversing with guests when things are great or possibly a little challenging, back of house keeping on top of what everyone is up to and how its going, working with contractors and suppliers to get everything in place, or in the owner’s office making sure she is getting everything she needs to be as productive as possible
You’re UBER organized – you can juggle a couple dozen things at once, you create great systems to stay organized, you delegate effectively and efficiently, and you do it all with a smile
You can get excited about marketing -- social media, SEO, digital advertising, and email marketing is something you’d like to get your hands into

Must be available day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays a must during peak season June-Sept. Flexible schedule during off season. Benefits include: PTO, Flex-Time, Educational, and Health Insurance Reimbursement. Hospitality experience is a big bonus but not a deal breaker. Must have at least 1-year high-end customer service experience and 1-year supervisory experience.
