Sous Chef 2 / Culinary Intern
Are you a recent Culinary School graduate, about to graduate, or looking for an internship during your program?
We have an opening for the Summer Season that will be an amazing opportunity for the right person. We have a small team in the kitchen producing elegant, European (predominantly French) menu to include fine dining 3-5 course dinners, parlor bar menu, full breakfast for our boutique hotel guests, and small events.
You will have an opportunity to refine your skills, take on some leadership roles, and experience every part of the kitchen operation...interested in learning how to read and manage P&L Statements and how your department effects profitability of a business…we’ll teach you that too! Opportunity for growth as the business grows, we have big goals and you can stick around and do it with us! Currently seasonal position minimum through September 15th, ideally starting by May 1 for training but are willing to work with the right person, but could easily expand later into the year or even possibly year-round.
