Head Bartender

Hiring now – starting Early May for shorter work week if available; no later than late May/Early June for full hours

• Team Training starting in April
• Must have solid experience in an upscale property with creative cocktail skills
• Ideally full time, late afternoon/evenings, Tues-Sat or Wed-Sun
• Responsible to close down bar and cash register, lock up building
• Will assist FOH supervisor with inventory when necessary
• Great team player
• Upscale, elegant French and roaring 20’s themed location serving public and inhouse guests
• Bartender services parlor bar, veranda, and fine dining restaurant
• Seasonal minimum through Sept 15, ideally available through end of October at possibly reduced hours…could be year round if the season goes well
