Receptionist: The Gloucester Housing Authority seeks a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time receptionist position.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide coverage of the front desk area, including answering the phone, interacting with the public, using various software systems to support the work of the authority, clerical support for various departments, basic fiscal/accounting duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work independently, excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software as needed. A valid MA Driver’s License. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/Portuguese/Italian) a plus.
